The Dental Complaints Handling sessions are designed to help you gain the knowledge and confidence you need. The sessions are presented by Lee Bennett from NHS England, and me Sue Boynton.  Lee is Head of Patient Experience and has been great experience in complaints handling. He is a very engaging and popular presenter. Between us we bring real expertise and experience in dental complaints handling and local resolution. You get to talk to the experts face to face, gain essential information, practical tips, and  3 hours of verifiable CPD!
